Job Description:

We are seeking an additional team member with the following attributes:

Requirements:

• Experience in crane, transport, or logistics industries
• Effective communication with customers and staff
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage conflicting demands
• Intermediate MS Office skills required
• Dynamic allocation of company assets to meet changing client demands
• Application of OH&S principles to company activities

Role Duties:

• Interpret operational requirements
• Relay complex lifting requirements across teams
• Maximize asset utilization through scheduling
• Maintain communication with stakeholders
• Distribute job report sheets
• Monitor staff and asset compliance
• Review and approve time sheets
• Provide after-hours phone coverage
