- Oversee the end-to-end design process from concept to market launch, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to create Product Designs that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Drive innovation in Product Design, staying ahead of industry trends and advancements.
- Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective delivery of design projects.
- Foster the professional development of design team members through talent acquisition and training.
- Regularly interact with senior management and external stakeholders to align design objectives with broader company goals.
- Ensure design consistency and quality across all product lines, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Design, with at least 3 years in a strategic managerial role.
- Proven success in leading design teams and delivering market-leading products.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a history of managing and developing high-performing design teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in design software.
- Deep understanding of design principles, ergonomics, user experience, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation for design projects.
