As a Product Designer on our SEO team, you'll be a key player in enhancing the overall customer experience on our SEO pages, including service, category, and location pages. But that's not all – you'll also dive into exciting initiatives like revamping our Tasker profiles, a crucial area for our ever-growing Tasker community.
Your role? Own the entire design process, from identifying user needs to delivering impactful solutions. Collaborate closely with a diverse product team, and let your design prowess shine as you communicate your decisions effectively. We want you to be the user advocate, bringing their voice to the forefront and recommending top-notch solutions.

- Basic understanding of marketplace dynamics - demand & supply mechanics
- Basic technical understanding (HTML, CSS, React)
- Product design fundamentals and understanding of design systems
- Up to date knowledge of current design trends and best practices
- Partnering with PM, Engineering, Data and Support to identify, sponsor, and shape new opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to help a team break down problem spaces to gain clarity in direction
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Proficient in qualitative research
- Experienced in leading discovery, prototyping, testing and iteration practices
- Ability to design for responsive, native iOS and Android
- Proficient in Figma
- Strong visual design skills
