Product Functional Lead – SAP SCM/Procurement

- Support project design to ensure solutions meet business and user requirements and align to Digital strategy.
Your role will involve:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Custodian of SAP Procurement design including Supply Chain Management processes across Sydney Water.
- Review Change Requests and Problem tickets for impacts to solution and provide approvals.
- Work with System Integrator to design the SAP build to good practices and align to Sydney Water and SAP roadmap.
- Liaise with business to evaluate improvements and innovations in processes.
- Ensure robust integration of Procurement processes with other processes and systems.

Department Overview:
The role sits under Digital Business Programs. This department delivers key line of Business and Corporate Capital Programs. This role reports to Domain Delivery Lead who manages the Program Delivery for all SAP back office products like EPPM, Finance, SCM, Procurement, Ariba, Conour, OpenText and SAC. This team provides solution assurance to these products and manages delivery of continuous improvement.
Who are we looking for?
- Undergraduate degree in Information systems, related discipline or equivalent. Post graduate degree is desirable.
- Must have foundational experience in SAP Fundamentals, WRICEF and specialised functional domain such as Procurement, Warehouse Management, Logistics.
- Over 10 years’ experience in implementing SAP Procurement, ideally in public sector.
- Strong experience of integrating SAP Procurement with ARIBA and other modules and systems is required.
- Experience in ARIBA (highly advantageous)
- Experience in S/4HANA (advantageous)
