The Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Functional Lead with a strong background in SAP S/4 HANA FICO to join a global leader in the manufacturing and utilities space. This client-facing role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of our implementation team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the design, observe User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, understand how defects are resolved, and transition towards supporting the landscape. Financial experience is a must as you will be working closely with key finance stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
Key Requirements:
- Experience leading multiple SAP S/4 HANA FICO implementation, rollout, and support engagements in a client-facing role
- Conducted blueprinting and manage master data to map business processes to SAP
- Strong communication skills to interact with business users to understand potential issues and propose solutions.
- At least 10 years of SAP 4/HANA experience, with a specific focus on FICO
- Experience in finance and controlling projects is highly desirable
- Experience working on support projects in an Onsite/Offshore model
- Strong leadership skills in handling co-located teams
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
