Job Description:
As a Product Manager within our Global Business Solutions division, you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of our merchant point of sale (POS) solutions
You will lead the full lifecycle of the product, drive execution collaboration with designers, engineers and other Product Managers. You will also collaborate with customer experience and support teams to gain insights about product usage and adoption to define enhancements

What Will You Do:
- Own the product end-to-end from market research (quantitative and qualitative), execution, go-to-market. commercialization to post launch improvements
- Lead ideation of new features and integrations
- Create and manage product backlog in partnership with technology and business teams
- Facilitate in data-driven decision making and create the telemetry and metrics required to evaluate the success of the products you launch
- Define and drive pilots to gather early feedback and ensure adoption of new features and functionality.
- Review customer feedback, analyze impact and prioritize it, and convert into clearly defined requirements to create a feature backlog
- Define effective data visualizations that are easy to interpret and deliver meaningful insights to key stakeholders in the business
- Identify opportunities to enhance the product based on competitive research and industry trends
- Be the product champion. Document product functionality and work with learning teams to train on new features.
- Define the value proposition of your products and support sales & marketing
- Provide professional consulting service to clients, proactively driving value-based technical solutions and capabilities on sales engagements
- Understand and drive the monetization of our offerings with a strong understanding of key business metrics including revenue and costs to inform decision making
What you will need to have:
- 5-7 years of Product Management or Product Owner in POS, e-Commerce, Omni-channel Commerce domain
- Experience managing the product lifecycle and launching products at various stages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent relationship building skills: written and verbal communication, customer empathy, collaboration and team building
- Experience presenting to key stakeholders and partners to influence strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working with software engineers including designing user stories and persona mapping
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering. MBA or other post graduate business degree is a plus
- Experience in an enterprise B2B/B2B2C SaaS product company
- Working knowledge of operating systems used by Small Businesses to run their businesses
- Working knowledge of payments
- Experience in SMB space
- Experience driving user growth and engagement through experimentation, iteration, and learning
