Product Manager role is key in the Personal Lending squad. As a member of the squad, you will support the Product Owner in developing & executing major initiatives to deliver against our business priorities. You will play a critical role in helping the squad deliver exceptional customer and channel experiences, whilst also being responsible for ensuring changes are safely executed and risk outcomes are met.This is a fundamental and impactful role in the team responsible for one of the biggest personal loan portfolios in Australia.This role will be focused on driving customer
Acquisition and Engagement. This includes customer segmentation and research, tracking business performance, driving effective campaigns and building digital features that help customers engage with their financesMore specifically, you will:
- Be the voice of the customer, by having a deep understanding of in-life experiences across the Personal Loan value chain. Be across and pre-empt impact of macro, micro and product landscapes
- Develop, implement and embed strategies for driving Net Promotor Score (NPS) outcomes
- Understand dynamics of the Personal Lending portfolio, including key drivers, trends and leading indicators
- Manage change to continuously improve our product offerings and processes to enhance the overall customer experience
- Build and foster strong relationships across the product value chain, including frontline teams, Compliance and Finance
- Proactively identify, understand and manage risks across the business ensuring they are captured.

- Tertiary qualification in a Business / Commerce Degree Preferred
