As a Digital Enablement Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of changing how we work. Your job will be to manage big projects that uses technology, like AI, to help our lawyers do their jobs better. You’ll need to be good at planning, working with others, and making sure everything goes smoothly from start to finish. What you'll do
- Work as part of our Transformation team to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for WK projects.
- Lead the product management processes for projects, ensuring its successful completion and delivery.
- Partnering and collaborating with the engineering team to validate potential solutions.
- Be an advocate for our users. Establish and maintain ongoing communication channels with our user base to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and anticipate their needs.
- Passionate about guiding our users on a learning journey amidst the evolving landscape of our products. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our users are not only aware of the changes but are also equipped with the knowledge and tools to navigate them effectively.
- Actively participate in the ideation and development of new products within the innovation space, focusing but not limited to AI and lawyer enablement solutions.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, with a proven record of leveraging data to drive product strategy and decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the business to ensure alignment and project success.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, proactively address concerns, and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- A seasoned product management professional with at least 5 years of experience.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new B2B products or significantly improving existing products, focusing on efficiency gains and automations for businesses.
- Deep knowledge in product design and development processes, data analysis tools and methodologies
- Experience in user research methodologies and user personal development.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate user needs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Passionate about innovation and leveraging technology to automate workloads and improve user experience.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations, win over sceptics, and build consensus.
- Experience in setting and tracking product metrics that align with the business goals.
- Ability to balance data with intuition and experience when making decisions.
- Experience in working within the Agile framework and Jira.
