About the company:
This award-winning retailer is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join its team in a pivotal role focused on optimization and digitalization of fulfillment centers. As a Product Manager, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on greenfield projects, shaping the future of fulfillment operations and driving innovation in the supply chain space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the digitization and innovation initiatives of fulfillment centers, focusing on improving processes, technologies, and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency gains within the supply chain.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
- Works closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and drive the development process from concept to delivery.
- Conducts market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain management.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role you’ll have the following skills:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products in the fulfillment or logistics domain.
- Strong understanding of fulfillment management principles, processes, and best practices.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of warehouse management systems, automation solutions, and IoT technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
