Address- Lead the development and execution of product strategies for our range of retail products;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and technology, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product enhancements;
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement;
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs;
- Manage the product lifecycle, including product design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch analysis;
- Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications; and
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the banking or financial services industry;
- Experience with automotive finance products is highly desirable;
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams;
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; and
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
