Our client is expanding its headquarters in Sydney, and they are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their Product Management Team. This reputable Pharmaceutical company, recognised in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, serves as a supplier across Beauty, Nutrition, and Health.

The Opportunity
Your role will report to the Commercial Manager. It will involve maximising customer and business value by overseeing both new and existing products. You'll guide products through the entire lifecycle, from initial research and ideation to implementation and ongoing enhancements. While you'll have the autonomy to work independently, you'll also collaborate with the product management and marketing team for support when needed.
Your responsibilities & duties

• Implement strategy and plan for new beauty care product ingredients
• Create marketing material based on best-performing products
• Create weekly/monthly reports on top/least performing products
• Attend tradeshows and help plan marketing material
• Participate in board meetings with the leadership team
• Manage website pricing and product information
• Present pricing strategies to the PM Team
• Analyse and sort excess inventory online
• Undertake market research to stay ahead of competitors

Your skills & experience

• Previous experience with raw ingredients within the beauty industry is beneficial
• Ability to analyse products from internal drive and create web descriptions
• Experience working with fast-paced, in-house teams
• Strong attention to detail and design
• Background working at a marketing agency or pharma is preferred
