The IMB portfolio consists of over 60+ molecules across 7+ therapeutic areas and accounts for almost half of Novartis sales.As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the execution of marketing plans, developing key external relationships, and ensuring the financial success of our products.This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by leading the strategic direction of our brands and collaborating cross-functionally within a matrix organization.Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales leaders to ensure excellence in execution and alignment with clinician preferences.
• Ensure robust execution of marketing plans across multiple channels, tailored to meet the needs of our target customers.
• Develop and grow key external relationships within the therapeutic area to drive business growth.
• Take ownership of the P&L, ensuring the efficient and effective allocation of resources.
• Act as a positive change agent, proactively disseminating relevant information to key stakeholders and the In-Market Brands team.

Role RequirementsWhat you'll bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 3 years in marketing.
• Thought leader in strategic marketing and customer-centricity.
• Ability to work cross-functionally within a matrix organization.
• Role model for new ways of working, embracing an agile mindset.
• Prioritization and focus, analyzing and assessing current and future talent requirements.
• Strategy Development: Defining and developing the strategic direction of the brand with the cross-functional team.
• Cross-unit Collaboration: Working across functions and embracing new ways of working.
• Experience with multiple product lines and line extensions, with a clear focus on prioritization.
• Demonstrated innovative mindset, such as generating a market-differentiating business model for the future.
