Role Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 3 years in marketing.
• Thought leader in strategic marketing and customer-centricity.
• Ability to work cross-functionally within a matrix organization.
• Role model for new ways of working, embracing an agile mindset.
• Prioritization and focus, analyzing and assessing current and future talent requirements.
• Strategy Development: Defining and developing the strategic direction of the brand with the cross-functional team.
• Cross-unit Collaboration: Working across functions and embracing new ways of working.
• Experience with multiple product lines and line extensions, with a clear focus on prioritization.
• Demonstrated innovative mindset, such as generating a market-differentiating business model for the future.

If you are a highly experienced and strategic-minded professional looking for an opportunity to drive the success of our In-Market Brands, then we encourage you to apply for the Senior Product Manager position at Novartis Pharmaceuticals.

Join our team as we embark on a growth journey. Help make a significant impact on the strategic direction and financial performance of our brands, while collaborating cross-functionally and embracing new ways of working.
