AddressThis role is pivotal in overseeing the execution of the Digital Identity product roadmap. You will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing the Digital Identity platform, evaluating new technologies, and driving innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Digital Identity platform meets service expectations, translating strategic direction into delivery and providing guidance to engineering and identity teams.
The Role:
You will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing the Digital Identity platform, evaluating new technologies as well as:
- Managing partnerships with vendors and contractors for work delivery
- Maximising capabilities of Digital Identity platform and support use of new technologies
- Working with Digital Identity teams to align product with overall digital strategy
- Taking responsibility for investigative work to determine requirements and specify effective business processes
- Communicating potential impact of emerging practices and technologies on the organisation
- Identifying opportunities to adopt new technologies and digital services
- Contributing to setting standards, procedures, and guidelines for implementing data protection and disaster recovery functionality
- Establishing overall vision for how stakeholder objectives are met
- Ensuring implementation of information and records management policies and standards
The successful candidate will have:
- IT or business management related degree with extensive Product Ownership experience in the ICT field
- Knowledge in major aspects of identity management such as identity access management, access certification, identity providers
- Experience with advanced security technologies and concepts, including single sign-on (SSO),
RBAC, federation, whether on premises, public cloud platform hosted, or SaaS. - Experience with leading the implementation and integration of one or more of the following
IAM products in a client environment: ForgeRock, Microsoft Azure Active Directory and
Okta. - Demonstrated experience in effectively delivering and managing changes to a digital product across an organisation
- Extensive experience in overseeing execution of product strategies and roadmaps
- Highly effective stakeholder engagement ability with experience as a trusted advisor
- Experience engaging and managing vendors and tracking delivery of services or solutions
