Our client is embarking on a multiyear project to transform the business, the key project on this journey is the replacement and consolidation of 2 ageing ERPs into Dynamics 365.
The ERP Change Manager will develop and own the change management strategy for the ERP project which will facilitate the adoption of the new system, processes, and behaviours throughout the organisation.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to develop and execute the change management strategy to ensure a smooth transition and maximise user adoption of the new ERP.
