At RAC, we are committed to delivering simple, seamless, personalised and proactive digital experiences to our members. As the Product Owner - Website Performance you will focus on directing the ongoing performance of our website and leading the transition to our new website platform, Contentful. You will be guiding the priorities of the team, while supporting the team to triage website requests from across the business. A true leadership opportunity, your role will play a critical part in ensuring our website is functioning better and better as a revenue and member service channel and our member communications are delivered in a convenient and timely way. This role is being offered as a Full-time 2-year max term contract - ending May 2026, with opportunities for flexibility.
What will you be doing?
- Planning, Operations, and Delivery: Prioritise website requests to align with increased sales and service objectives. Break down strategic priorities into actionable epics and user stories. Communicate sprint goals and delivery achievements to Digital Member Experience squads.
- Website Performance: Manage and drive progress towards increased online sales and member service through disciplined prioritization of enhancements and updates. Lead the execution of A/B testing, conversion rate tracking, and page optimizations.
- Provide leadership to the cross-functional Website Performance Team & establish effective ways of working and manage day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate site launches, updates, and campaigns and orchestrate stakeholders through the replatforming of our website.
- Communication: Collaborate with Experience Design, Analytics, and Engineering teams to evaluate experiences using relevant metrics and member insights. Utilize data to assess and measure impact.
What are we looking for in you?
- Extensive experience in delivering effective digital customer experiences and products.
- A track record of seamlessly navigating the agile terrain, delivering impactful outcomes within collaborative team environments.
- Experience working in a similar size organisation, as part of a centralise team servicing multiple diverse business units.
- Relationship Architect: Masterful at forging and fostering connections, building bridges between stakeholders and teams to achieve shared goals.
- Proficient in website platforms, and making strides toward personalisation.
