About the Role 

As the Product Portfolio Manager at MediRecords, you will play a crucial role in leading our Product team to new heights. Reporting to the Head of Product, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and guide a team of Product Owners, each managing the roadmap for their respective modules. This role demands a strategic thinker who can ensure the seamless execution and strategic alignment of our product offerings across various modules. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX Designers, Software Engineers, and Customer Success, to foster collaboration and drive innovation. Your ability to manage dependencies, engage stakeholders, and align product development with our company's objectives will be key to your success. Additionally, you will be responsible for performance monitoring, financial management, risk mitigation, and incorporating customer feedback into the product development process. This is a dynamic and impactful role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of product lifecycle management. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Lead quarterly roadmap planning and execution, aligning with strategic goals. 
  • Manage and support Product Owners, fostering innovation and accountability. 
  • Coordinate between product modules to manage dependencies and optimise integration. 
  • Align product development with the company’s OKR framework. 
  • Research & monitor industry and competitor landscape.  
  • Collaborate with Technology, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams. 
  • Oversee team performance using established metrics; implement continuous improvement strategies. 
  • Manage product release processes and establish customer feedback channels. 
  • Identify and mitigate risks in product roadmap execution and stakeholder expectations. 
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of product development finances 

About You  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in product or portfolio management, preferably in technology or healthcare. 
  • Demonstrates strong commercial acumen with proven ability to manage alignment with financial goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small to mid-sized teams. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and experience with Agile or Scaled Agile methodologies. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively. 
  • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills. 
  • Previous experience in the clinical healthcare domain is preferred but not mandatory.
