In addition to Health & Medical Services, St John Ambulance SA also provides community care, is a licensed non-emergency ambulance patient transport service, delivers nationally accredited first aid training, and is the largest provider of first aid products and equipment.
OUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Product Sales Consultant to join our team! In this role you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales and customer service activities related to first aid kits, first aid supplies, supporting equipment, and automatic external defibrillators (AEDs). Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and coordinating a team of St John staff to provide on-site services to our valued customers, catering to their first aid workplace needs.
- Providing expert product advice to both clients and the general public, including outbound selling, ensuring they receive the most suitable and effective solutions for their first aid requirements.
- Becoming an essential part of our high-performing team, where your enthusiasm, exceptional customer service, and sales skills will contribute to servicing both new and existing customers.
- Being recognised and appreciated as a valuable and integral member of our business, contributing significantly to our success.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Experience in the area of sales and customer service.
- Experience in invoicing, quoting, and supporting staff.
- A team player, with a great work ethic that supports and respects the people around them.
- A person who is organised, confident, and has great time management.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to deal with a diverse range of people.
- Have a can-do attitude and be results-focused.
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products and experience with data processing.
