Surgical Specialties - a Paragon Care Company
As a Product Specialist this role is to drive sales and advocate for the Surgical Specialties ORB product range within the designated territory of NSW and nurturing strong and ethical partnerships with customers to promote product usage and expand market presence. This role involves contributing to the teams overall budgetary targets, identify and cultivate opportunities for Surgical Specialties and Paragon Care products across the entire PGC sales team and engaging with various stakeholders.
You day will be varied and include:
Lead Generation: Providing quotes, answering inquiries from customers, managing the sales process, generating leads, following up on leads and giving management insights on growth opportunities.
Managing Stakeholders: Engaging with, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Sports Physicians, Operating Theatres, Pharmacies, General Practitioners, and Supply Departments.
Effective Territory Management: Strategically planning how you will achieve targets with a mix of promotional and other activities that build strong partnerships with key customers.
About you!
You are natural salesperson, a self-starter that can work autonomously with strong time management skills with educational approach to sales. A background in pharmaceuticals sales the hospital consumables and or medical device industry would make you the perfect fit.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
· Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
· Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
· Experience in territory management and strategic planning.
· Familiarity with the healthcare sector and understanding of hospital procurement processes.
