As Product Success Director your focus is to lead and drive delivery of a Maximum Lovable Product (MLP) to support Customer adoption and advocacy.

What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Product General Manager you will lead a team of Product Owners, Product Trainers, Product Content Developers and you will be responsible for:
Operational Deliverables
- Engage both internal & external customers to identify new and enhanced features to create a MLP; develop a highly collaborative and positive Product Community; and drive Product NPS and customer reference ability
- Work with key stakeholders in the Product and Industry team to build a well-rounded and transparent Product Roadmap that responds to Input Strategies and feedback from Customers
- Work closely with the R&D Director and Development team to ensure Product delivered aligns to the business case and facilitate required Software Development Lifecycle activities
- Ensure Product delivered has all the enablement content available; and supports effective, cost efficient & frictionless adoption by both our internal and external Customers
- Lead engaged, collaborative, innovative and achievement-focused teams aligned to our culture and values
- Drive cross skilling to remove single point sensitivity, ensure bench depth and career pathing
- Continually challenge the status quo and drive enhancements to our processes, products and enablement
- Ensure systems, processes and costs are continually managed and reviewed to identify ways to reduce costs and improve our efficiencies
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- A detailed knowledge of the products legislative and compliance requirements, its features and functions and demonstrate the application of that knowledge
- Comprehensive experience in presenting to and across a diverse stakeholder audience to influence a successful outcome
- Strong commercial acumen in effective decision making when balancing competing priorities across cross functional teams
- Experience in leading, developing and coaching team members
