The Role:
This is a Production and Design role that assists the team in delivering a high-quality product for our customers. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Talbot Walsh will train the right candidate in all aspects of this industry.
Personable Attributes:
- Great attention to detail with a strong quality focus.
- Competent in computers and the ability to learn new operating systems.
- Possesses good hand skills with the capacity to use machines and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Must have good communication skills with a strong work ethic and a reliable manner.
- Ability to be self-directed and also work well in a team environment.
- Other duties as required.
Talbot Walsh is a small family-owned business located in Carlisle. This is currently a permanent part-time position with flexibility in the working hours. There is the opportunity to develop this role into a full-time position to meet our customers’ requirements.
Ideally, we are seeking an enthusiastic & driven person with excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise the workload to meet the demands.
