With several Flavorite sites located across Victoria, this role is based at our Warragul location which currently employs up to 550 employees.
The Picking Leading Hand is responsible for assisting the Picking Supervisor with the management and implementation of the picking strategies in order to achieve budgeted production levels.
Responsibilities include:
- Undertake picking to ensure target times are achieved
- Provide support to Picking Supervisor and staff
- Train new staff at picking as instructed by the Picking Supervisor and apply coaching processes as required
- Driving picking trollies
- Prepare daily work order and daily estimations in the absence of the Picking Supervisor
- Undertake stock control in the absence of the Picking Supervisor
- Assist with the development of Picking Standard Operating Procedures

This is a full-time, 38 hour a week position. Working a four day week, consisting of Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturdays.
