ABOUT THE JOB Are you ready to take the next step in your career in seafood processing? We’re looking for a Production and Maintenance Assistant that has a strong safety mindset and leads by example to ensure the smooth running of our processing facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Workplace Safety – you will be committed to the safety of our production employees by ensuring the WHS strategy is understood by production workers and operating procedures are followed.
• Food Safety – you will have knowledge of Good Manufacturing Principles (GMP) and applications and will maintain processing and storage areas to a very high food service standard.
• Operational – you will work with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the production department.

Please note that occasional intrastate travel to the Sydney Processing Facility and AOC farm sites is a requirement of this role.
