Form of workTop Cut Foods is seeking a Production Assistant to join our production team at our Marrickville Location.
Ideal candidates will be seeking 38 hours a week of work, be comfortable working in a cold environment and able to maintain consistent attendance. Meat industry knowledge, knife skills and an understanding of food service is an advantage.
All candidates must be self-motivated, enjoy working in a team environment and have a reliable form of transport. Previous experience in a high volume production environment will be an advantage. Rostered Saturday morning work will be part of this role.
Essential criteria:
- Stable employment history (within a warehouse environment is desirable)
- Previous pick and pack experience is highly regarded
- Must be reliable; with an exceptional attitude towards safety and teamwork
- Must be physically fit as vertical lifting (manual handling) is a component of this role
- Must have unrestricted right to work in Australia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
