PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
- Plan, create and managed packaged wine production plans
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets reports to upper management.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production process to resolve issues
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned orders including all necessary export documentations
MAJOR RESPONSIBILTIES
- Prepare Budget for wine packaging & bottling
- Work with relevant parties to schedule and monitor printing & bottling
- Maintain good relationship with key dry goods suppliers and customers
- Keep good communication with designer and customers, and make sure design artwork is properly reviewed and signed off
- Determine amount of necessary resources (dry goods and bulk wine etc.)
- Ensure bottled wines meet quality standards (both Australia and export counties)
- Liaise with other departments to formulate plans and understand requirements
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing dry goods
- Liaising with buyers and sales staff
- Supervising the work of supporting staff
- Reconcile the budget upon the completion of the bottling & shipping
You should have:
- Tertiary degree in relevant field is preferred;
- Proven experience in packaged wine production;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Good project management and problem solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skill;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills; and
- Attention to detail, and good time management
- A valid driver's license and good knowledge of road rules & regulations.
