We're looking for an experienced Chef to work with our savoury team in our state-of-the-art, purpose-built production kitchen, located in Albion.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Afternoon start (2pm), Mon - Fri.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Production and cooking of Quiche, Frittatas and Tortillas for our 4 shops and retail/wholesale customers
- Successful completion of daily prep list including vegetables and meats and other jobs where required.
- Offer support to other parts of the kitchen where needed
Requirements:
- 2-3 minimum years experience in savoury cooking is essential with experience with pastry an advantage
- Able to work in a team environment and to work unsupervised
- Adaptable & Hard working
- Passionate, enthusiastic about great food & savoury cooking
- Eye for quality and detail
