Major Objectives:
- Processing bookings and preparing production schedules for clients to ensure timely execution of advertising campaigns.
- Tracking and collecting digital and print assets from clients to facilitate the seamless delivery of their campaigns.
- Managing the production inbox and promptly responding to client requests and inquiries.
- Collaborating closely with content and design teams to ensure the timely creation of marketing assets as per schedule.
- Uploading digital display ads onto the company websites.
- Extracting content and digital statistics for client reporting on a monthly basis.
- Updating and maintaining subscription contacts.
- Managing updates and new editions in the subscription management system.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role within the media and/or publishing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proficient time management abilities.
- Excellent client liaison and support skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
