We are seeking a motivated Draftsperson, proficient with Revit Technology, who will contribute to our customer's journey through the timely delivery of accurate and compliant drawings. In doing so, this role ensures the successful delivery of our client's dream home!
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure all drawings are completed meet client specification within the prescribed timelines.
- Ensure quality checks are completed at each stage.
- Ensure all plans are quality checked using the 'Drafting Checklist'.
- Ensure drawings and documentation accurately reflects any dispensations, Council and/or Developer requirements.
- Ensure all plans comply with building requirements of building practices.
- Ensure all information is noted and documented in the relevant system.
We are ideally seeking candidates with:
- Proficiency with Revit Technology
- Ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks at once
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-developed communication skills
- Knowledge of Rescode dispensation, BOE's and 6-star requirements advantageous.
