About the role

As an experienced Revit Production Draftsperson you will strive for operational excellence within an experienced team, preparing and updating drawings for construction purposes, while ensuring drawings are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard. Responsibilities include;

• Producing contract stage and construction drawings in REVIT
• Site dwellings to comply with developer guidelines, local council and small lot housing code requirements
• Liaise with professional consultants, planning authorities and key suppliers
• Assist with drafting enquiries
• Liaise with the larger operations team throughout a number of departments

About you

At Glenvill we believe quality is an attitude not an outcome.

We anticipate that you will already possess a high level of acumen with REVIT software and across the Microsoft suite -Outlook, Word, and Excel. 

• Glenvill Homes Townhomes operates within the Medium Density / Superlot space and a min of 1 – 3 years of residential drafting experience will be required
• Experience with the Small lot housing code is preferable but not essential  
• Good knowledge of Rescode, NCC and Australian Standards

You will deliver with a mature approach, calm and efficiency.  

You will be an important member of a fun team, dedicated to supporting each other while growing, learning and laughing  

You will be able to prioritise work and consult with management to deliver time critical outcomes 

You will be provided with the ability to work efficiently both within the office and from home if required
