The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Production Estimator to play a key role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for preparing accurate and cost-effective estimates for their diverse projects, collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and site managers to ensure project success.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year' experience in a production estimating role within the home building industry
- Proven track record of preparing and managing detailed cost estimates.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and time lines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Databuild (or a similar program).
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
