About the Role
- Prepare accurate and cost-effective project-based estimates for both material and labor.
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers and site teams.
- Liaise with suppliers and trades as and when required.
- Prepare margin reports and analyse ETSs/ETOs.
- Improve processes through continuous development
- 2+ years of experience is desirable.
- Databuild experience is a must.
- Relevant qualifications in Building and Construction, Design and or Engineering.
- Understanding and interpreting architectural drawings, engineering drawings, soil reports and various contract documents.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
