What do we want?

We are on the hunt for a switched-on Production Floor Supervisor with a knack for leading a warehouse team. 

As our Production Floor Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our production team, overseeing a variety of tasks and ensuring seamless operation of our daily processes. From wholesale fulfillments to relationship building your role will be diverse and impactful. Here are some key tasks you'll be responsible for:

Key tasks: 

• Manage wholesale fulfillments, pick and packing.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring resource efficiency.
• Handle reporting for wholesale, consignment, and online fulfillment.
• Build relationships with logistics partners.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
• Great attention to detail & you never miss a deadline!
• You can handle chaos like a Zen master sipping espresso on a rollercoaster.
• Team player mentality.
• Competent in Excel 
• Comfortable with ERP, Netsuite experience is highly desired.
• You hold a valid Australian driver’s license and either have a forklift license or are willing to get it. 

The work will be conducted at our roastworks in Botany, and there is on street parking available nearby.
