Production General Hand

Gantiel Vensott is looking for a number of Factory/Warehouse General Hands to join our team.

Gantiel is one of the largest importer, stockist and distributor of Engineering Plastic materials with full in-house capability to convert these plastics into finished parts.

In this role you will be working with and supporting a team, with an opportunity to progress towards becoming a machinist. 

Duties include but not limited to: 

• Using hand and electric tools to manufacture plastic components.
• Post Op of Manufacturing parts and components
• Picking and Replenishing of stock.
• Assisting with dispatch.
• Assisting with unloading of containers.
• Basic stock taking of material
• Maintaining a clean and hazard free warehouse.

Skills and Experience:

• All training will be provided.
• Hold a current drivers licence.
• Forklift licence is not required but is favorable.
• Be fit and healthy and able to manually lift a min. of 20kg
• An eye for detail
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
