Your new company
A national manufacturer and distributor of exclusive solid surface material, this organisation has a down to earth, supportive culture and are looking for new Production Labourers to become a part of their family. They create and distribute structures for surface areas in Arndell Park – think kitchen benchtops and bathroom basins.
Your new role
Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Support the daily activities and operations of the factory
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
- Moving stock, loading and unloading of product onto machinery/conveyer belts
- Handling small, medium, and large valuable and structured products
- Some production work – including sanding products, setting up and operating small hand/power tools
Your shifts will be:
7am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday – 19-day month
What you'll need to succeed
- You must be willing and able to complete the physical demands of the job, which may involve 2-person lifts of up to 40kg
- Experience working in a production environment
- The ability to work well in a team
- Able to carry out all tasks safely and understand/adhere to safe working practices
- A forklift licence is an advantage (LF)
What you'll get in return
Your pay will be competitive – $29-30 per hour + Super
