The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in SEO and SEM and be passionate about contributing to the overall marketing strategy of Dymocks Education.The primary responsibilities of this role include:Conducting keyword research and analysis to optimise website content for search enginesDeveloping and implementing SEO strategies to improve website rankings and visibilityManaging pay-per-click advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook AdsManaging social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)Analysing website traffic and user behaviour using tools such as Google AnalyticsCollaborating with content creators to develop and publish high-quality, optimised contentWorking with the CEO to develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Dymocks EducationAnalysing competitor marketing strategies and adapting Dymocks Education's approach to stay relevantTracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as purchase metrics (e.g., trials, enrolments), customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value. These KPIs are reviewed and adjusted annually.Requirements:Actual experience in SEO and SEM including demonstrated experience in operating both SEO and SEM campaignsProven track record of improving website rankings and increasing website traffic and leadsStrong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factorsExperience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook AdsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedInExperience with generative AI copywriting tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable but not essentialIf you are a creative and results-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing, we want to hear from you.
