About the role
Location: Bengaluru
Role Type: Permanent
This role is primarily responsible for handling Bank Guarantee & SBLCs issuance, while ensuring that regulatory and bank requirements are met. The individual has to deliver positive customer experience within agreed timeframes with high quality output i.e. Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
What will your day look like
Support management and business decisions relevant to cost
Provide an integrated and high level of customer service to the internal and external customers through collaboration and engagement
Ensure all customer correspondence is clear, concise, timely and accurate
• Graduate /Post graduate with minimum 6 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years Trade operations experience
• Should have 4+ Years of experience in handling Processing and Pre-processing tasks for Bank Guarantee/SBLCs.
• Thorough knowledge of URDG758 / ISP98 / UCP600, Sanctions and compliance procedures
• Should have cleared CATF-1 & CATF 2
• Should be willing to work in flexible and service clients across the globe
• Should be a self-motivated and enterprising individual
• Strong communication skills with relation management skills
• Good documentation and presentation skills
• Should have an ability to analyze processes and identify improvement areas and suggest action plan.
• Should be able to think through problems, manage crisis situations and motivate people
• Should have a positive attitude towards work and willing to learn and contribute to the business.
Develop good working relationships with all stakeholders.
Provide guidance & training to less experienced analysts to ensure increase in productivity by providing feedback on skills, knowledge and behaviour, identifying any potential gaps and taking appropriate action to correct any deficit.
What will you bring?
5 plus yrs of experience in trade ops.
Focus towards risk management.
Should have 4+ years of work experience in handling Processing and Pre-processing tasks for Bank Guarantee/SBLCs.
Good knowledge in URDG758, ISP98 UCP other ICC publications.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Flexible to work in All shifts.
