This will involve reseaching potential soluttions, working with vendors, running proof of concepts and validation testingClosely collaborating with stakeholders of various levels and assist with the management and prioritisation of the product backlog, including problems, enhancements, and project requirements for innovative infrastructure technologies in the retail spaceIdentification and definition of the architectural requirements, automation, infrastructure and feasibility of delivering product backlog, to to enable the engineering and development of new product featuresEnsuring the Product Owner understands what is required to deliver sustainable Engineering solutions, whilst also coaching and mentoring Engineers to ensure we deliver quality solutionsContributing to the planning, execution, and review of each sprint with an ability to prioritise amongst competing opportunities, balancing the Product Owner and customer needArticulate business benefits and articulate the rationale behind decisions and elaborate business needs and objectives into User Stories, identifying Themes and Epics to ensure the successful delivery of Product RoadmapsAssist in the creation of costs estimations for initiatives and budgets and ensure fit-for-purpose system testing and user acceptance tests are conducted on all deliverablesWhat you'll bringPrevious expeirence with IoT technology through an infrastructure lensAbility to prototype and demonstrate proof of concepts quickly with an ability to support and seek further sponsorship and adoptionLeadership skills that enable a clear direction and vision for the space, that can be understood by various levels of stakeholdersAbility to manage across a matrix organisation to gain consensus, to reverse engineer and understand complex solutionsExperience in Retail Infrastructure EngineeringWhat you'll experienceThe opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest and best minds in AustraliaAn exciting career - As our business grows, so do the opportunities for our peopleA progressive and flexible 'work from anywhere' policy that gives you more control over your work, life and wellbeingOur Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Leaders kindly request no unsolicited resumes or approaches from Recruitment Agencies.
