Production Machine Operator With Forklift Required - Start Next Week

The following positions are located at their Blacktown  Manufacturing site with an immediate start available. You will love working as part of a small team who is committed to getting the job done in a safe & timely manner. 

HOURS ON OFFER: 
Ongoing long term position available 4 days a week!!

Location: Blacktown, NSW

• You will be dealing with SPSD (Purification) products such as filters 
• Operating PLC systems
• Production / machine operating experience preferred with full training provided
• Understand and perform forklift operations in a safe manner
• Manual handling duties as required
• Consistently maintain a clean and safe work environment
• You will have a strong focus on safety in the workplace
• Loading and unloading raw materials from trucks
• Pilot testing and pH checks
• Filter aid bagging
• Hydra-pulping kraft & broke
• Resin addition and Dosing batches
• Transferring from tank to tank
• Organizing / moving products
• Line 2 start up, operation and adjustment's
• Line 2 trouble shooting
• Cleaning and preparing tanks

Requirements

The ideal candidates for these positions will:

• Must have a valid forklift license with counter balance experience, min 1 years
• Machine operator / production assembly experience highly preferred
• Intermediate software / computer knowledge  
• Ensure all procedures are followed correctly and in a safe manner
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a small team
• Be able to commit to ongoing work, 4 days a week 
• Be able to comfortably lift to 15-20kgs as required
• Have steel capped safety boots and hi vis 
• Own transport 
• Must have full working rights
