We need an experienced Production Manager to lead a growing team of nine workers and oversee the production of customised architectural products for residential and commercial projects.
The ideal candidate must have expertise in metal fabrication and be able to support a dynamic flow of production.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- You will work closely with the foreman and project admin to align our dynamic production schedule and meet deadlines.
- As the team leader, you will motivate and guide our workshop team towards achieving production goals.
- You will ensure the team works in a safe and organized environment, streamline manufacturing processes, and create procedures and systems to maximize efficiency and productivity, ultimately delivering top-quality products.
Experience & Qualification
- Familiar with the principles of LEAN manufacturing
- Previous experience with ERP software
- 2 years' experience in leadership and preferably have metal fabrication knowledge, such as welding, folding, and engineering
- Ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly and concisely, and meet deadlines while staying focused and driven to achieve targets.
