About the OpportunityAs Production Manager, you will oversee the operational activities of the greenhouse to ensure the production and growth of high-quality insectary plants. You will also provide operational support in developing a range of biological agents.   Areas of responsibility include: Maintaining greenhouse and laboratory systems in full working order and adjust as necessary to keep all plants/cultures in optimum condition Maintain relevant stock levels of inputs and order as required in advance of intended use Investigate and review the utilisation of personnel, facilities, equipment and materials, current operational processes, and established practices, to recommend improvement in the efficiency of operations Liaise with QC staff weekly regarding the quality and quantity of all organisms produced, with any issues reported Oversee weekly packaging and distribution of orders
