OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative with a mechanical background to join our dynamic team. Specializing in equipment for the surface treatment and application industry, including abrasive blasting, spray equipment, and specialist application tools, this role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a wide range of products and clients. Primary responsibilities include;
- Conduct product demonstrations for clients, elucidating the features and benefits of our industrial equipment while addressing their specific needs and inquiries.
- Create precise and tailored quotations, considering client requirements and budgetary constraints, and provide accurate forecasts to align with business objectives
- Proactively resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Strategically plan and prioritize client engagements to maximize sales potential, leveraging market insights and client feedback to guide decision-making.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, including detailed call reports and feedback, to inform business strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role we're open to considering candidates with several different profiles. However, proven b2b (business to business) sales and account management experience is essential.
- You have a relevant trade background as a fitter, turner, mechanic, industrial spray painter or blaster
- You have above average mechanical aptitude with acquired knowledge of pumping and/or pneumatic componentry
- You have previously sold industrial equipment of any kind including (but not limited to); tapes, adhesives, grout, epoxy, spraying applicators, abrasives, line marking, general industrial supplies, fasteners, fixings, power tools etc..
