Following a successful launch in NSW early 2023, we are excited to be opening our Third CARe Centre in Revesby, NSW. Don’t miss this opportunity to join Australia’s fastest growing, privately owned Automotive Repair network. Due to expanding our business, we are currently seeking a experienced Production Manager to join us at the Revesby centre.

About the role:

Production Manager

  • Delivering high quality repairs in a timely manner. 
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Scheduling work for the day and providing direction to the Production team as to what needs to be completed and by when.
  • Developing a team that can perform to its optimum level. Coaching and supporting the team throughout their CARe journey. 
  • Ensuring the correct repair processes and procedures are being followed. 
  • Assess vehicle once production have striped vehicle and identify additional parts.  

About You

  • Previous experience managing production will be highly regarded. Preferably within a high-volume workshop.
  • Strong leadership and time management skills. 
  • Love what you do and want to have a laugh along the way.
  • Have a passion for cars and delivering high quality repairs.
  • Trade qualifications in panel beating, spray painting or mechanical is highly regarded. 
  • Intermediate computer literacy.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task. 
  • Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
