AddressBrooki Bakehouse is a popular e-commerce bakery with exciting opportunities available in a fast growing company.
Brooki is continuing to grow our team in our state of the art kitchen production facility. We are now seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the logistics and operation of our manufacturing process, reporting directly to senior management.
As Production Manager, your role will involve;
- Experience in HACCP Food Safety Certification
- Implementing systems and procedures for a smooth operation
- Effective management of kitchen staff ensuring quality of product
- Staff rostering and timesheets
- Budgeting and food costing
- Maintaining kitchen presentation, cleanliness and product integrity
- Maintain safe, secure and healthy workplace environment
- Monday-Friday operation in senior leadership role
What skills will you possess?
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a senior management position in a commercial production facility
- Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced kitchen environment
- High standard of food preparation and productivity
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
Role Requirements:
- Food Safety Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
