We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications including a broad range of products and systems that cover insulation, ventilation, bricks and rooftiles.At CSR, we value diversity and create a fantastic working environment that embraces individuals on all our sites.THE ROLEAn exciting opportunity for a Production Operator to join our Production team on a Full-Time basis at our site in Springvale, Victoria. This opportunity will come with training and development opportunities to kickstart your career.Hours of work are Monday to Friday on a Rotating roster (Morning shift 6am-2pm, Afternoon shift 2pm-10pm) with overtime available.The main purpose of this role will be:

• Operating machinery and ensuring materials are produced to the commercial standard.
• Identify and report equipment and product faults.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Be involved in reducing risks and hazards and improving quality.
• Help inform data driven decisions by keeping records including machine reports and graph information.
• Forklift driving as required.
