About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday.
You will be working in a small team of Operators to help manufacture tablets and capsules.
Create high quality medicines so that people can live healthier at every stage of life.
Full training provided
We are currently offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus to successful candidates!
Main Responsibilities
Follow procedures to make tablets and capsules
Use scales to measure out different raw materials
Read and record important information such as numbers from testing equipment
Move medicinal powders to and from different machines
Mix different powders and solutions to help bind materials together
Compress powders using a compression machine
Main Duties
Adjust equipment to ensure the desired output of materials is reached
Ensure equipment is clean and free of any foreign matter
Lift and move equipment around
Clean equipment after it is used
Wear safety apparatus, including a half-face respirator, steel cap boots and hair net (all provided upon commencement)
Document important information in log books
About You
You will have:
Problem solving skills
Neat handwriting
Initiative and a "can-do" attitude
Experience in a similar environment (preferred)
You will also be able to:
Read and follow instructions
Calculate and solve mathematical problems using a calculator
Interpret and plot numbers on charts
Understand the importance of strict, government enforced procedures
