We are currently seeking applications for Production Operators to join our team.

Tip Top Carrara is seeking Production Operators to join the team! We currently have several shift patterns available with options to help fit around your life's schedule.

Available Shift Patterns:

• Afternoon Shift: Full-time: Monday - Friday (2pm-10pm).

• Full-time: Sunday (2:00pm

  • 11:00pm
  • subject to change), Monday & Tuesday (4:00pm
  • 12:00am), Wednesday (3:30pm
  • 12:00am) & Thursday (4:00pm
  • 12:00am).

Purpose of the Role:

• Fast-paced conveyor work requiring quick hands and good hand eye coordination, packing and quality checking. 
• Standing on your feet for long periods of time.
• General duties involve manual handling (lifting, pushing, pulling) and repetitive tasks.
• Very physical based.

About You:

• A safety mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and for your colleagues.
• Experience working within a team environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Manufacturing and warehousing experience desirable.
• Cleaning experience desirable for Sanitation positions.
• Experience using cleaning chemicals desirable for Sanitation positions.
• Own car and license.
• Food processing background highly regarded.
