Allcast Precast is a family values focused manufacturing business conveniently located in Woombye on the Sunshine Coast. We have been in business for 62 years and specialise in the production of luxury fully tiled plunge pools, water tanks and treatment systems. We are experiencing significant growth and an opportunity for a Production & Order Fulfillment Coordinator has become available.
About you

About the Role
The position encompasses a variety of Production and Order Fulfillment responsibilities in our Plunge Pool Manufacturing Plant. These include,
- Production Scheduling
- Product Delivery Scheduling
- Invoicing Customers
- Communication and Order Fulfillment Coordination with our Distributor Network
- Materials Ordering and Management
- Contractor Job Allocation
Salary will be individually assessed based on the candidate's experience
Skills Required:
- Strong Customer Service Ethic & Enjoy Working as part of a Team
- Excellent Coordination and Organisational Skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Experience in Xero preferable
- Production related experience preferable
Job particulars:
- Permanent employment
- Monday to Friday 7.30 to 3.30pm
- Friday 7.30 to 2.30pm
