Due to company growth, we have fantastic opportunity for a Production Plant Operator to join our team. As a leading manufacturer of cement-based products including engineering and construction grouts, Crosbe has a strong R&D focus, with innovative products and technology. Key Responsibilities
- Complying with all safety protocols, policies and procedures
- Operating a fully automated blending plant and packaging line
- Setting up machinery, optimising outputs and overseeing critical control points
- Promptly address breakdowns to maximise equipment availability
- Perform preventative maintenance that includes minor repairs and adjustments on the batching and packaging line
- Maintain and enhance a clean work environment
- Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to prepare raw materials for use in production and unload palletised finished goods
- Relieve and rotation in all areas of production and warehousing as required

- Physically fit and not afraid to be hands on
- Hold a current forklift LF licence or willing to obtain
