Production Plant Operator

Our Client is a leading manufacturer of cement-based products, including engineering and construction grouts, known for our strong R&D focus and innovative products and technology.  Due to company's growth, they have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Plant Operator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with all safety protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Operate a fully automated blending plant and packaging line.
• Set up machinery, optimize outputs, and oversee critical control points.
• Address breakdowns promptly to maximize equipment availability.
• Perform preventative maintenance, including minor repairs and adjustments on the batching and packaging line.
• Maintain and enhance a clean work environment.
• Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to prepare raw materials for production and unload palletized finished goods.
• Rotate and relieve in all areas of production and warehousing as required.

• Proficient understanding of computer systems for operating and monitoring the manufacturing process.
• Physically fit and hands-on.
• Current forklift LF license or willingness to obtain one.
