Due to continuous growth, we are looking for our next superstar Production Scheduler to join the team.
This opportunity would be ideal for someone looking to commence their career and are seeking career progression. You will be based in our headquarters at Regency Park, supporting our customers and wider team working across Australia.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Scheduling installations, check measures and services for allocated states
- Scheduling jobs to meet budget requirements and ensuring their completion
- Coordinating installers and maintaining calendars to ensure timely delivery and installations to customers
- Adjusting the production schedule as required and communicating any changes to the customer accordingly
About you:
- Have proven experience delivering excellent customer service
- Be organised and have exceptional time management skills
- Possess a positive, energetic personality
- Have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to build / maintain good relationships
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take direction
- Be a motivated self-starter and are able to positively adapt to change in a timely manner
- Previous experience in scheduling, appointment setting and/or production (desirable, however not essential)
